Next Years Officers + General Information

Hi All!

I hope you are kicking off to a great week of Spring Break! Enjoy your time off!

I am in the midst of counting up the election ballots. I hope to have them done by the end of the week. If you received an email from me it was for one of two things. One being you forgot to write your grade on your ballot, or two you just wrote your ID number. Please email me back so I can mark you present in attendance.

If you are home for break this would be a great opportunity to get some service hours done! There are plenty community organizations that are in need of help.

Our next meeting is on April 13th. This would be a great opportunity to turn in service hours, as they are due at the meeting after that! (May 4th) Remember you can only have 10 hours of the same service, and everyone, including seniors, must turn in 20 hours. If you have any questions regarding this, don't hesitate to reach out to me.

We have a couple of reminders:

Meeting this Wednesday Feburary 3rd at 7:45am in the Studio Theater!

We are still missing some code of conducts, if you have not done this you would have received a separate email reminding you to do so!

The officers have decided that we will be sharing with you the spread sheet for hours that have been turned in. No names will be shared on the document, only ID numbers. This way everyone will know where they stand on hours, as the end of the year is approaching. We plan on doing that within the week or so. Seniors will be receiving an email from Lucy if they do not have their 12 hours in yet.

Lastly don't forget that you are only allowed to miss 5 meetings. Some of you are near, or at that limit.
